1About these terms
These terms apply to your use of nashamaz.com, run by Nashamaz Technologies (نشامى ز للتكنولوجيا), Amman, Jordan (“Nashamaz”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2Using the site
The site describes our services and products and lets you contact us. Its content is general information. It is not an offer or a contract. When you use the site, you must not:
- try to break or overload it, or reach any part of it without permission;
- send spam or automated submissions through the contact form;
- give false information or pretend to be someone else;
- use it for anything unlawful.
Product demos are for trying the products only. Do not enter real customer or patient data in a demo. Demo data may be deleted at any time.
3Services and products
We provide our services (marketing, technology and digital security) and our products (Tfaddal, Mirsal, Afia, Sahtein and Kart) under a separate written agreement or quote with each client. That agreement sets the scope, timelines and each side’s obligations, including data protection, and it takes priority over anything on this site. Descriptions of services and products on the site may change.
In digital security work, we act only on accounts and assets that belong to the client or that the client is authorised to manage. We may ask for proof and refuse any request we believe is not legitimate.
4Intellectual property
The names نشامى ز and Nashamaz, the ز mark, the logos, the product names Tfaddal, Mirsal, Afia, Sahtein and Kart, and the illustrations, photos and text on the site belong to Nashamaz or are used with their owners’ permission. You may share links to the site. You may not copy or reuse its content or brand without our written permission.
5Links to other sites
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp and other sites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6No warranty for website content
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but the site and its content are provided “as is”, as general information, without any guarantee that they are complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available.
7Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nashamaz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Jordanian law, including liability for fraud or gross fault.
8Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
9Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
11Effective date and changes
These terms take effect on 11 October 2026. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
